Only the data you give us and what is strictly needed for the website to work:

• Contact form on the home page: name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
• Form on a property listing: the same details, plus the reference of the property you are asking about.
• Valuation tool: name, email address and phone number, and your answers about the home (address, type, floor area, bedrooms, bathrooms, condition, features, when you want to sell and your situation with the property), together with the calculated estimate.
• Protection against abusive submissions: the IP address a form is sent from, which is kept for 24 hours.

While you answer the valuation tool, your answers are kept in your own browser (session storage) and do not reach us until you send the final form.

We do not ask for special categories of data. If you include other people's details in a message, you must have their permission.

• To answer your enquiry or your request for information about a property and keep in touch as a result. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• To prepare the valuation you request and contact you to discuss it. Legal basis: your consent, given when you accept this policy in the valuation tool (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.
• To protect the website against mass or automated submissions. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the website's security (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or build profiles. The valuation tool's estimate is a guidance calculation, not a decision about you.

We do not use your data for purposes other than those described without informing you first and, where the law requires it, asking for your consent.

Enquiry and valuation data is kept for as long as it is needed to deal with them and with any business relationship that follows, or until you ask us to delete it. It is then kept blocked for the periods during which legal liability may arise and, after that, deleted.

IP addresses used to control submissions are deleted after 24 hours.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties, unless required by law. To provide the service we rely on providers that process it on Impulsa's behalf under a data processing agreement:

• Supabase: the database where requests are stored, hosted in the European Union.
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Resend: sending the internal email notification when a request arrives.

Some of these providers are US companies. Where data is transferred internationally, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

The map on property listings is loaded from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address to serve the map images. The video is only loaded from YouTube if you press play; from then on, Google's privacy policy applies. There are more details in the cookie policy.

You can ask at any time to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at info@inmobiliariaimpulsa.com or by post to Carrer de Pit Roig 15, 08800 Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), Spain, stating which right you are exercising. If we cannot identify you from the information in your request, we will ask you to prove your identity.

We will reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).

The website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under that age, please do not send us your data.

We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted connections, access restricted to the Impulsa team and access control in the database.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
